This Privacy Policy explains how threads.ai processes information for its prompt-first AI lead discovery product.

Information We Process

  • Firebase account email used for authentication.
  • Business profile information entered by the user, such as business name, city, products, delivery details, tone preferences, and target audience.
  • User prompts and search requests submitted to find relevant public Threads posts.
  • Public Threads post data returned by the official Threads API, such as public text, username, timestamp, media type, and permalink when available.
  • Lead scores, classification results, reply drafts, and analytics generated by the backend.
  • Feedback submitted by the user, such as good lead, bad lead, wrong city, trash, replied, client came, or saved.

Why We Process Data

  • To provide prompt-first AI lead discovery from public Threads posts.
  • To interpret search prompts, generate keyword queries, classify public posts, calculate lead scores, and display analytics.
  • To generate draft replies for manual review. threads.ai does not send replies automatically.
  • To maintain security, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

Data Sources and Product Limits

  • threads.ai uses the official Meta Threads API for public post search where available.
  • threads.ai does not scrape Threads or collect private account content.
  • threads.ai does not send direct messages, does not auto-reply, and does not publish posts automatically.
  • Users manually open Threads and decide whether and how to reply.

Service Providers

  • Google Cloud and Firebase may be used for backend hosting, authentication, and infrastructure.
  • Netlify may be used to host the frontend website.
  • OpenAI may be used by the backend to interpret prompts, classify public posts, and generate draft replies.
  • Meta / Threads API may be used to search public Threads posts.

Data Deletion

  • You may request deletion of account data, business profile, search prompts, saved leads, reply drafts, and feedback.
  • To request deletion, email yeskendiriskakov@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request - threads.ai".
  • Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate relevant data.
  • We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
